Licensing Policy

Copyright Ownership

All photographs, videos, drone footage, graphics, and other media created by WXLogix remain the exclusive property of WXLogix and/or the original creator unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing or licensing media from WXLogix does not transfer copyright ownership. All copyrights are expressly retained by WXLogix.

Non-Exclusive Licensing

Unless specifically stated in a written agreement, all media licenses granted by WXLogix are non-exclusive.

This means WXLogix may continue to use, display, publish, license, or sell the same photographs, videos, and media assets to other individuals, organizations, news outlets, broadcasters, websites, or commercial clients.

Permitted Use

Licensed media may only be used for the specific project, publication, broadcast, article, social media post, marketing campaign, or purpose approved by WXLogix.

Additional uses may require a separate license agreement.

Prohibited Use

Licensees may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer licensed media to another party.
• Upload media to stock footage or stock photography marketplaces.
• Claim ownership of WXLogix media.
• Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution when required.
• Provide media files to third parties for their independent use.
• Use media in a misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or fraudulent manner.

News & Broadcast Use

News stations, broadcasters, publishers, and media organizations receiving licensed content are granted permission only for their licensed publication or broadcast use.

Licensed content may not be resold, syndicated, transferred, or distributed to other organizations without prior written approval from WXLogix.
